Originating from Long Beach, California, our outpatient office serves as the administrative hub for our therapists. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify and understand clients' mental health needs, paving the way for tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing secure virtual technologies, adapting methodologies to meet unique client requirements.
• Engage collaboratively with clients to define their therapeutic objectives and provide consistent support throughout their healing journey.
• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness strategies, depending on client preferences and treatment goals.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all treatment sessions and track client progress in line with professional standards.

Our diverse client base comprises individuals from various backgrounds, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The ability to empathize and connect with clients from different walks of life is crucial in providing effective support and fostering a strong therapeutic alliance.

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of rapport and trust within a remote setting.
• A strong foundation in mental health principles, demonstrating compassion and empathy towards clients' varied experiences and challenges.
• Robust organizational and time management skills to effectively coordinate remote sessions and manage client documentation.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth or online therapy will be highly regarded. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt approaches based on individual client needs can enhance treatment outcomes significantly.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and workload. Additionally, we offer:
