Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to implement interventions tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring the confidentiality of patient information.
• Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team, actively participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to improve treatment outcomes.
• Educate and empower patients and their families about mental health issues, providing resources and support to facilitate their understanding and involvement in care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with patients navigating the complexities of end-of-life challenges, offering psychological support and therapeutic practices to aid their transition. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in the realm of psychotherapy.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
