Home Genius Exteriors is rapidly expanding across the Midwest and is on track for $500M+ installed in Year 6. We're hiring a Window & Door Project Coordinator to manage the communication, scheduling, and logistics that keep our projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all pre- and post-install logistics
  • Schedule clients, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Support clients through the remodel process
  • Recruit and maintain relationships with installation crews
  • Prepare pre-install inspections and resolve scheduling issues
  • Order materials/equipment and track vendor deliveries
  • Verify project expenses, forecasts, and installer compensation
  • Maintain accurate updates in the company CRM

Requirements
  • 3+ years of scheduling or administrative experience
  • Strong tech/CRM skills
  • Extensive Window & Door knowledge (ProVia preferred)
  • Professional communication skills
  • Strong leadership, organization, and customer service
  • High accountability/ownership
  • Valid driver's license
