Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using our secure online platform, making mental health support accessible from any location.
• Work collaboratively with clients to identify their specific needs, developing personalized treatment plans that guide their path to recovery and well-being.
• Regularly assess and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies in response to their evolving needs and feedback.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals as required to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and evidence-based practices in mental health counseling, incorporating them into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a varied population, including adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active state licensure as a mental health therapist is essential, including credentials such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy, with a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a remote therapeutic environment, utilizing telehealth tools effectively to engage clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
