Compensation:

$80,000 - $113,000 at plan earnings per year


Responsibilities:
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers by providing exceptional service, expert guidance, and trusted advice throughout every stage of the real estate journey.
  • Conduct buyer consultations, listing presentations, property showings, open houses, and market analyses to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
  • Guide clients through the entire transaction process—from initial consultation to closing—ensuring a smooth, professional, and stress-free experience.
  • Generate and convert business opportunities by following up with company-provided leads, nurturing your sphere of influence, and consistently prospecting for new clients.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent communication, appointments, consultations, and follow-up.
  • Become a local market expert by staying informed about neighborhoods, market trends, inventory, and community resources throughout Hampton Roads.
  • Utilize the team's proven systems, CRM, technology, and marketing resources to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience that leads to repeat business, referrals, and long-term relationships.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, role-play, and professional development to continuously improve your skills and business performance.
