This role will be fully remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to create their own schedules while fulfilling the needs of their clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being to accurately identify areas of concern.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans based on the assessment results, collaborating with clients to set meaningful goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to children, adolescents, adults, and couples, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding trust.
• Maintain meticulous client records, incorporating progress notes and treatment updates to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Engage in regular supervision and case reviews to discuss treatment efficacy and optimize client outcomes.
• Stay informed on the latest evidence-based practices and interventions in mental health therapy.
• Advocate for clients by providing resources and connecting them to additional community support services.
• Participate in crisis intervention when needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during acute distress.
• Foster a secure and confidential therapeutic environment utilizing remote therapy tools and practices.
• Contribute to the team’s collaborative culture by engaging in ongoing professional development and sharing best practices with colleagues.

As a member of our team, you will have the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, including teens, adults, and couples, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds. Our client-focused approach emphasizes understanding individual needs while providing culturally sensitive services that foster healing and growth.

• Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy in previous roles.
• Maintain current knowledge and skills in best practices for mental health counseling.

• Experience in teletherapy and remote counseling platforms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health, particularly in marriage and family therapy settings.
• Background in community healthcare or public health initiatives is an asset.
