This position is fully remote, providing incredible flexibility and the opportunity to set your own schedule, primarily Monday through Friday. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health conditions and needs, laying the groundwork for effective treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients using a solution-focused approach, leveraging your expertise to facilitate healing and growth.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver engaging and impactful virtual therapy sessions, ensuring clients feel connected and supported.
• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary to clients in distress, demonstrating your commitment to their immediate safety and well-being.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Life Reconcile Therapists LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a varied patient population, primarily consisting of adult clients who seek support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. By creating a safe and accepting space, you will guide clients along their journeys toward emotional resilience and personal empowerment.

• A valid and current license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trusting relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills that enable effective caseload management and adherence to deadlines.

• Experience in teletherapy, showcasing the ability to connect with clients effectively through virtual platforms.
• A background in crisis intervention or mental health emergencies, enhancing your capability to support clients in critical situations.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the flexibility to incorporate different approaches based on client needs.
