Rooted Life LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for individuals, their family members, and significant others, utilizing various methods including testing, interviews, and observations.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly assess individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient records in compliance with facility and licensing standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient management.
  • Participate in weekly clinical meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide crisis counseling as necessary, alongside outreach services to various community settings, including schools and homes, ensuring a wide reach for support.
  • Facilitate specialized counseling groups addressing issues such as adjustment to illness and parenting, ensuring each session is evidence-based and responsive to participant needs.
  • Contribute to the development of facility initiatives aimed at improving therapeutic practices and community engagement.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work with a diverse client population, addressing complex emotional and psychological issues that arise within family dynamics and individual circumstances. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or behavioral science is required.
