  • Partner with RF engineers and field teams to ensure proper system design, installation, testing, and optimization
  • Oversee ERRCS and commercial DAS deployments to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans
  • Ensure all installations comply with NFPA, IFC, FCC regulations, AHJ requirements, and carrier specifications
  • Conduct site walks, oversee installation activities, and validate adherence to project plans
  • Coordinate with DAS OEMs, contractors, and carriers to streamline deployment execution
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and close-out records
  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing public safety and cellular DAS deployment projects
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with ERRCS systems
  • Strong understanding of DAS design and optimization, including iBwave, fiber optics, and RF testing
  • Proven project management expertise across budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation
  • Working knowledge of NFPA 72/1221, IFC 510, FCC requirements, and local permitting processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to travel frequently for site visits as required by project needs
  • Clean background, valid driver’s license, and acceptable DMV record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling environment
  • Knowledge of fiber internet technology and market trends
  • Experience working closely with Field Support or Network Operations teams
  • Experience building or improving customer support processes and tools
