Job Summary:

At Stratus, Project Managers are the engine that powers our business. They sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer experience, turning complex ideas into flawlessly executed reality. From concept through installation, our Project Managers lead the work that ensures national brands show up consistently, on-time, and on-budget across hundreds of locations.

As a Project Manager (PM), you will own the delivery of signage and brand implementation projects ranging from $1M to $6M+, depending on experience and level. You'll serve as the central point of coordination, driving execution, solving problems, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for both our customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from award through closeout, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction 
  • Translate customer requirements into executable project plans and timelines 
  • Partner cross functionally with Design, Engineering, Permitting, Manufacturing, Production Control, Field Services, and Finance to deliver seamless execution 
  • Source, coordinate, and manage installers and subcontractors while negotiating competitive pricing and ensuring quality standards 
  • Proactively identify risks and constraints, implementing mitigation plans to protect delivery and profitability 
  • Maintain accurate project data, forecasts, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership on project status, risks, and milestones 
  • Drive projects to completion with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability 
Qualifications
  • Experience managing projects in construction, signage, manufacturing, or multisite programs
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred, but not required
  • A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills-written, verbal, and customer-facing
  • Effective at working across teams and coordinating with both internal and external partners
  • Solid financial and budget management skills
  • Experience working in fast-moving, operational environments
