Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support EBS integrations with external and internal systems
  • Build and maintain custom extensions, reports, conversions, interfaces, and workflows (RICEW)
  • Provide technical support for EBS configurations, customizations, and enhancements
  • Manage EBS security, roles, responsibilities, menus, and user access
  • Support production issues, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Review technical designs, enforce best practices, and guide development standards
  • Assist in upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities
Required Skills
  • Oracle EBS - Advanced Collections (IEX) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Oracle Advanced Collections Telephony / CTI integration (mandatory)
