Job description

A-TEK is seeking a highly technical Project Manager to lead business intelligence and reporting initiatives involving WebFOCUS, Tableau, data integration, dashboard development, and enterprise reporting platforms.

The Project Manager will act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders and will oversee technical delivery activities related to business intelligence automation solutions, reporting platforms, portals, and data-driven web applications.

 The ability to obtain/retain a Public Trust level clearance is required for consideration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day project leadership and oversight for reporting and web initiatives
  • Serve as the primary interface with Oversight Managers and Technical Monitors
  • Manage project schedules, work plans, status reporting, staffing coordination, and deliverables
  • Lead technical teams supporting:
    • WebFOCUS reporting solutions
    • Tableau dashboards
    • Portal development
    • Data integration initiatives
  • Drive opportunities for business intelligence automation and reporting modernization
  • Lead design and implementation of complex reporting platforms that integrate multiple data sources
  • Oversee technical documentation and reporting deliverables
  • Provide project estimates, task planning, and resource forecasting
  • Ensure quality assurance, testing, and security standards compliance
  • Coordinate with business users and technical stakeholders to resolve reporting and data challenges

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of technical or analytical experience supporting business intelligence projects
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience or PMP certification
  • Minimum 5 years supervising technical teams of 5 or more personnel
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience supporting:
    • Process design/re-engineering
    • Information delivery development
    • Executive reporting implementation
  • Minimum 5 years of experience using:
    • WebFOCUS
    • Tableau
  • Minimum 5 years reviewing or working with:
    • SQL
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • JavaScript
  • Experience developing dashboards, charts, reports, and executive-level information delivery solutions
  • Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases
  • Experience with modern software development methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:
