This role provides structured leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects that produce defined products, processes, or services on time, within scope, and within resource and budget constraints. The position manages or coordinates projects with clear deliverables, timelines, and assigned resources, serving as a mechanism to address work that cannot be fulfilled through standard operational processes. The role translates strategy, business objectives, customer requests, and performance or operational improvements into executable project plans.

As a leader with broad operational or functional responsibility, this position collaborates with senior leaders and executives to shape and execute strategic plans and objectives. The role applies strong project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations, resolve complex and critical issues, and drive meaningful business outcomes.   • A proven track record of leading high-performing teams to meet or exceed project execution and delivery goals.
  • Extensive experience managing all aspects of the asset management lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of various operational functions and principles within the mutual funds industry, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
  • Agile leadership skills complemented by robust strategic planning experience.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, as demonstrated by past professional achievements.
  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
