Job Description The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overall project execution and performance for Canada business initiatives. This role ensures successful delivery of projects from initial conception through completion, with accountability for customer satisfaction, profitability, and adherence to quality standards. The Senior Project Manager drives efficient project execution while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with ISO procedures.

Job Responsibilities Project Execution & Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICSS projects across the full lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, integration, testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, and service handover. Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, cost forecasts, and resource allocation.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while optimizing profitability and cash flow. Monitor project performance against plan, implement corrective actions, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and customers. Manage multiple projects or programs simultaneously, including coordination with remote and international teams.

Financial & Commercial Management Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, cost control, cash flow, and contract claims. Drive margin improvement through cost optimization and efficient execution. Lead change order development, including scoping, risk assessment, negotiation, and execution.

Ensure compliance with contract terms, financial requirements, and risk management practices. Support proposal development and pre-award activities, including scope definition, cost estimates, execution strategy, and risk assessment. Customer & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on expectations.

Lead project reviews, status meetings, and reporting to maintain transparency on progress, risks, and performance. Proactively resolve issues and identify opportunities for contract growth or scope expansion. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical & Quality Leadership Ensure adherence to standards, project quality plans, and ISO procedures. Oversee engineering deliverables, system architecture, and technical execution in alignment with project requirements. Participate in and oversee FAT, SAT, and design reviews to ensure successful system delivery and acceptance.

Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and project closeout activities are completed and archived. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, vendors, subcontractors, and internal support functions. Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to project team members.

Ensure alignment, communication, and effective collaboration across all stakeholders. Ensure availability of required resources, tools, and training to achieve project objectives.
