The Casman Group of Companies, one of the largest general contractors in Western Canada, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Lead who thrives on leading teams, delivering results, and building strong client relationships.

As a Project Manager at Casman, you will oversee safety, schedule, scope, and budget, acting as a key driver of project success. You will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager/Lead role within the construction industry
  • 2–4 years of post-secondary education in Construction Engineering, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a Journeyman Carpentry Certificate
  • Proven experience managing projects under various contract types, including Lump Sum and Construction Management
  • Experience with commercial, institutional, and multi-residential projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proven leadership ability and experience working in a team environment
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Willingness and ability to travel to various Western Canadian offices and remote sites as required
