We are currently recruiting a Project Coordinator for our Head Office/Job sites located in Edmonton, AB.
The Role:
As a Commercial Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating commercial projects within the organization. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of commercial projects while meeting business objectives and client requirements. Your primary focus will be on facilitating project communication, tracking project progress, and ensuring that project activities are completed on time and within budget. 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
   - Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets for commercial projects.
   - Coordinate project activities and ensure that project plans are effectively communicated to all stakeholders.
   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
2. Communication and Documentation:
   - Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communications and documentation.
   - Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
   - Communicate project status updates to internal teams and external stakeholders as necessary.
3. Resource Management:
   - Assist in resource allocation and coordination to support project activities.
   - Identify and escalate resource constraints and potential risks that may impact project timelines.
4. Risk Management:
   - Identify potential project risks and issues, and work with the project team to develop mitigation plans.
   - Monitor project risks and issues and ensure appropriate steps are taken to address them.
