• Stay updated with current best practices and evidence-based interventions in behavioral health, integrating new findings into your therapeutic approaches.
• Conduct virtual individual therapy sessions, employing a range of modalities to address diverse concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique goals and situations, ensuring measurable progress is tracked.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including assessments, treatment plans, and outcome measures while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate across disciplines with other mental health professionals to ensure clients receive holistic and thorough care, addressing all aspects of their wellbeing.

The focus of this role is on juvenile and young adult clients facing behavioral health challenges. By employing trauma-informed care and evidence-based approaches, you will work with youths navigating significant life transitions, managing mental health conditions, and developing coping strategies to thrive in their environments. Your support will play a critical role in their journey toward recovery and self-discovery.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to establish a trusting rapport with clients effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to client advocacy and support.

• Experience working with juvenile and young adult populations in a behavioral health setting.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage a high caseload, triaging priorities while maintaining high standards of care.
• Experience in motivation techniques to inspire clients and maintain a positive therapeutic environment.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 yearly, reflecting your experience and caseload management.
