• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, depending on your specialization, offer family, couples, and group counseling sessions.
• Implement mental health screenings and diagnostics to identify treatment requirements and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage actively in team meetings, providing insight and feedback to improve processes and patient outcomes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support team objectives and enhance service delivery.

As a Mental Health Counselor with Inner Journey, you will support a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, families, and couples facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship issues, and emotional distress. Our holistic approach to therapy emphasizes building meaningful connections to foster resilience and promote healing across generations.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field with a current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in providing diagnostic assessments and therapeutic services, ideally within a private practice or telehealth setting.
• Proficiency in current principles, practices, and techniques in individual and family counseling.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to punctuality and maintaining documentation standards.

• Experience working with a variety of patient demographics, particularly children, adolescents, and families.
• Exposure to evidence-based therapies and approaches tailored to client needs.
• Demonstrated capacity for effective communication and collaboration in a remote team environment.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
