Location: Must reside in S. FL. Can work remote out of S. Florida with occasional visits to Miami Lakes office.

Your Responsibilities as an Environmental Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager:

  • Prepare due diligence (ASTM Phase I/Phase II) reports and mentor staff through due diligence projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret technical data.
  • Prepare environmental technical reports.
  • Mentor staff through the collection of soil, soil vapor, water, and/or air samples utilizing different sampling techniques.
  • Prepare Florida-specific regulatory reports, environmental site assessments, and assist projects through remediation.
  • Assistance with the preparation of proposals and scopes of work
  • Actively develop your own career growth with opportunities to assist with field and reporting tasks.
  • Work directly with staff and management-level team members with field and reporting responsibilities.

What we're looking for:

  • BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Engineering or other related field.
  • Professional license track preferred (P.G. or P.E.)
  • 4+ years of experience with environmental field sampling, data collection, and technical report preparation.
  • Experience with Florida-specific environmental programs and familiarity with South Florida hydrogeology.
  • The ability to successfully multi-task, strong safety awareness, and a good record and understanding of safe work practices.
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred.
  • Light remediation construction experience/hands-on skills a plus.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

  • Reside in S. Florida
