Position Summary

We\'re seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support multiple business and technology initiatives across our organization. In this role, you\'ll work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities, monitor timelines, organize documentation, track deliverables, and help ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, problem-solving, and working in a collaborative remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status updates.
  • Organize project documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and meeting notes.
  • Track project milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments and external clients.
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts and assist with solutions.
  • Assist project managers with planning, reporting, and resource coordination.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
