Your Impact
  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure and operations projects from initiation through completion
  • Develop project plans, timelines, work breakdown structures, resource plans, budgets, and risk management strategies
  • Coordinate projects across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, endpoint management, networking, virtualization, and enterprise technology environments
  • Manage hardware refreshes, operating system upgrades, cloud migrations, virtualization initiatives, and infrastructure modernization efforts
  • Lead security-focused projects including identity and access management, vulnerability remediation, MFA implementations, compliance initiatives, and infrastructure hardening
  • Coordinate network infrastructure projects including SD-WAN deployments, firewall upgrades, wireless expansion, and network optimization
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing proactive communication, status reporting, and executive updates
  • Partner with vendors and managed service providers to manage deliverables, timelines, statements of work, service levels, and implementation activities
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, risks, and resource utilization while ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives
  • Promote project management best practices, governance standards, change management, and continuous improvement across the IT organization
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, operations, or enterprise technology projects
  • Proven success delivering multiple concurrent technology initiatives across diverse technical environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, endpoint management, and IT operations
  • Experience developing project plans, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency with Monday.com or comparable enterprise project management platforms
  • Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks, change management processes, and operational governance
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive leadership
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing initiatives, and deliver results in fast-paced environments
