MOVE FORWARD WITH US:
Your responsibilities: 
  • Works with key stakeholders to develop detailed project schedules and manage to the critical path
  • Lead project gate meetings and ensure completeness and accuracy of information presented
  • Owns project data, ensuring all project related information is current and accurate
  • Develop and proactively mitigate project risks to minimize project impact
  • Coordinates and leads project teams meetings ensure all team members understand and commit to the timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Holds team members accountable for project deliverables
  • Prepares reports for upper management including executive leadership regarding status of projects
  • Understands capacity constraints and works with engineering leadership to ensure resource availability to meet project timelines
  • Communicates project statuses to management and stakeholders
  • Directs and executes initiatives to increase productivity and performance
  • Develops solutions to critical project/business issues and presents alternatives to management.
  • Leads assigned product teams in prioritization of key projects and activities including new product development, quality improvement, and value improvement projects
  • Recommends process improvements to the engineering, cross functional, and project management teams to reduce risk, increase predictability, and increase velocity of new product developments

What you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience (required).
  • Advanced skills using MS Project, Microsoft Planner (preferred), Excel, Power Point and working knowledge of JD Edwards E1 system (preferred).
  • Previous experience managing technical projects (3-5 years or equivalent required).
  • PMP Certification (preferred)
