(R/M), we're seeking a Civil or Environmental Engineer with 0-4 years of experience to join our team and contribute to a variety of municipal projects. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in every stage of a project-from planning and permitting to design and delivery-while working in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.


You'll work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful public infrastructure projects tailored to community needs. Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in civil or environmental engineering.
  • Passion for municipal infrastructure and a desire to grow in a collaborative environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute to project components.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Revit is preferred.
