Job description


Sun River Health provides the highest quality of comprehensive primary, preventative and behavioral health services to all who see it, regardless of insurance status and ability to pay, especially for the underserved and vulnerable. Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia and Westchester County. Sun River Health is currently seeking a Full Time Remote Project Management Data Specialist to join our team.
The Project Management Data Specialist will be responsible for leveraging Sun River Health's available data to provide a clear understanding of Sun River Health's performance in value-based payment contracts, to drive performance improvement, and to support Sun River Health's Project Management Office (PMO) through ongoing project management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for a Project Management Data Specialist:
• Retrieve and leverage available data from available and appropriate databases to provide a clear, transparent view of Sun River Health's performance in value-based payment contracts
• Develop materials -reports and presentations for a variety of audiences that promote Sun River Health's performance management and improvement work within these contracts
• Analyze data for the purposes of evaluations and improving reporting, transparency, and company goals
• Participate in project management meetings, develop reports based on assigned projects
• Provide ongoing project management support through Sun River Health's Project Management Office (PMO)
