Scrum Master - Federal Customer
The Project & Agile Delivery professional supports Dell Mission Operations by creating structure, visibility, and execution discipline across program activities and technical workstreams. This role is responsible for project planning, reporting, agile facilitation, dependency tracking, and process coordination that enables teams to deliver effectively. The ideal candidate brings strong planning instincts, facilitation skills, and the ability to turn operational demand into organized execution.
Key responsibilities
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and execution trackers
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Track action items, dependencies, risks, and milestones across workstreams
• Produce status reporting, meeting outputs, and management-ready updates
• Coordinate across program, engineering, and support teams to keep work moving
• Help teams maintain prioritization, accountability, and delivery cadence
• Support process improvement and consistent execution practices
• Maintain records, artifacts, and workflow visibility for stakeholders
Required qualifications
• Experience in project management, PMO support, or agile team facilitation
• Experience with planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
• Experience managing projects utilizing agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with project controls and delivery governance
• Active TS/SCI and ability to maintain access as required by the program
Preferred qualifications
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tooling
• Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, or similar certification
• Experience supporting technical delivery teams
• Experience in government or classified environments
• Familiarity with requirements traceability, change control, or PMO workflows
