  • Assist project management teams in assembling scope and fee proposals, including verifying labor rates, staffing plans, and proposal documentation.
  • Facilitate client contract and subcontract execution, including amendments and ensuring required documentation and signatures are completed.
  • Support client invoicing processes in collaboration with project management and billing staff.

  • Maintain opportunity and project data in ERP systems with direction from project management.
  • Monitor and support project financial performance throughout the lifecycle, identifying improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures.
  • Assess and provide recommendations regarding schedule impacts, scope changes, and financial performance to project teams and FP&A.
  • Facilitate project closeout processes, including final subconsultant payments, accounts receivable tracking, and data validation.
  • Perform additional project-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project controls, construction accounting, or cost engineering; A/E industry experience preferred.
