ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Professionally represent our and effectively support Company strategic initiatives
  • Establish and foster positive long-term relationships with internal customers and business partners
  • Execute company policies and procedures
  • Embraces a lean culture and work environment
  • Obtain input from project team members, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to support the development of a baseline schedule
  • Update schedule progress and forecasting based on input from project teams with minimal oversite from a scheduling lead
  • Facilitates schedule alternatives and construction practices to support project changes
  • Generate and provide detailed CPM scheduling information, with minimal assistance from a scheduling lead, to efficiently track and plan projects
  • Modify existing schedules and create additional schedules as needed to accomplish the project
  • Provides level of detail necessary to support project team appropriate to each phase of the project
  • Manages resource and cost loaded schedules with minimal oversight from a lead scheduler
  • Provides data from CPM schedule for use by the superintendent and supervising foremen for the purpose of weekly workplans or short interval scheduling
  • Integrates CPM scheduling for project teams to be used in conjunction with CMiC
  • Manages all scheduling efforts in a timely manner by archiving project schedules in accordance with company procedures
  • Facilitates implementation of vPlanner at all levels of the project schedule
  • Manages Lean Pull Planning process and implements data into schedule software
  • Mentors and trains direct reports

EDUCATION

Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management or related field preferred

EXPERIENCE

One (1) to seven (7) years of general commercial construction experience required

SKILLS

  • Proficient in Bluebeam
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge and use of Primavera 6 and vPlanner
  • Knowledge of reviewing and comprehending contract documents

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSURES REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional Scheduling Certification (not applicable to all Scheduling roles)
