Job description

Centerline is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead field operations for wireless telecommunications projects across a multi-client portfolio. In this role, you will oversee turn-key network build services from the ground up, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards for our clients. This position covers a territory spanning the Denver metro area into Nebraska, with regular travel via company vehicle required to support active job sites across the region.  

What You Will Do: 

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned jobs, sites and crews
  • Acts as the point of contact between crews, client personnel and subcontractors
  • Provides on-site services with crews as needed for job completion and success
  • Handles the daily management of each project and required action items
  • Ensures that assigned workflow is being achieved and that tasks and milestones are being reached on time or ahead of schedule
  • Ensure the successful completion of all project deliverables according to projections and client expectations.
  • Schedule and manage crews, subcontractors and materials for delivery
  • Ensure safety and quality control requirements at all sites and with all crews and subs
  • Organize and attend bid walks, negotiate with and direct subcontractors
  • Provide bids, kitting lists, updated trackers to client as needed
  • Work closely with personnel and clients to develop a successful team atmosphere
  • Provide QC inspections on assigned projects 
  • Ensure all site-specific closeout documentation is complete, professional and submitted timely
  • Provide leadership, guidance and actively train/promote learning to all your personnel
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles in an operational condition at all times
  • Assists Project Manager with bidding jobs and projects
  • Maintain daily paperwork required for jobs, sites and crews

What You Will Need:

  • Samsung Viearo Experience a MUST.
  • Previous experience with construction management and leading a crews in the wireless industry
  • Previous experience with Samsung Viearo construction drawings and scopes of work
  • Must be able to create materials list based on plans/scope of work, order and compile materials for crew in advance of deployment
  • Recognize and provide a safe work site with acceptable quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage a specific project within a structured environment
  • Prepare and complete necessary surveys, forms, reports, sketches, photos, exhibits, applications and other tasks related to construction efforts on various projects
  • Attend weekly status meetings to go over site status
  • Maintain a periodic presence in the client office to facilitate a positive working relationship
  • Provide other related construction services as the project dictates
  • Comfortable working in an outdoor and indoor work environment (direct exposure to sun and heat)
  • Valid driver’s license

Centerline has provided a compensation range that reflects a good-faith estimate of what we anticipate paying for this position at the time of posting. The compensation range is $70,000-$90,000.  Actual pay may fall above or below this range based on factors including experience, qualifications, location, and business needs.  Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, company vehicle.  Application deadline is September 7, 2026.
