• Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Participate actively in the development of crisis management plans and strategies for clients facing immediate challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and agency requirements.
• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to screen for mental health issues and guide treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in the creation and implementation of positive behavior support plans.
• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and other relevant service systems, fostering relationships that enhance service delivery.
• Engage in licensure and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with best practices.
• Actively communicate with stakeholders to promote the organization's mission and maintain contract standards.
• Seek professional growth through attendance at conferences, workshops, and relevant task forces.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to enhance service provision and team collaboration.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Metro West Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. • A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
