Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidenced-based practices and tools.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring that all clinical notes and treatment plans are timely and accurate.
• Work jointly with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavioral support plans, contributing to pre-crisis and crisis interventions as necessary.
• Engage in constant professional development activities, including attending conferences and participating in statewide committees to advocate for and collaborate on mental health initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to ensure continuity of care and enhance resource availability for clients.
• Promote the mission and values of Metro West Behavioral Health through active engagement in community outreach and program advocacy.
• Assist the Clinic Director in various duties and participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele at Metro West Behavioral Health includes individuals from diverse backgrounds facing challenges with mental health, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. As an LMHC, you will play a pivotal role in addressing the complexities of each client’s journey towards healing and wellness, providing compassionate support and effective strategies for growth and recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is mandatory.
• Current and independent LMHC license is required for this role.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborative partnerships with colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community health settings, particularly in crisis intervention and behavioral health program coordination.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and screening tools relevant to mental health assessments.
• Prior involvement in policy advocacy or community engagement initiatives is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, employees enjoy:
