Job Title: Physician Assistant — Medical Case Reviewer
Specialty: General Medicine, Pediatrics, Neurology, or related
Place of Work: Remote (U.S. only)
Duration: 6 months contract with a possibility of 6 months extension
License/Certifications: Active PA license and NCCPA certification
Education: Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (or equivalent)
Minimum Qualification/Experience: At least 5 years PA clinical experience
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed reviews of patient records for HRSA-related programs, focusing on diagnostic findings and treatment outcomes.
  • Create structured case summaries that highlight key clinical points relevant to injury or vaccine-related claims.
  • Provide objective, evidence-based written assessments in accordance with program standards.
  • Flag missing or incomplete records and recommend follow-up where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and other advanced practice providers to ensure accuracy and integrity of reviews.
  • Comply with HIPAA and organizational protocols in every aspect of documentation.
