We’re building scalable people programs that support our teams and fuel continued growth.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Total Rewards Manager to lead and elevate our benefits, compensation, and leave programs across a multi-state workforce. This is a high-impact, fully remote role where you’ll partner closely with HR leadership to deliver competitive, compliant, and employee-focused programs.What You’ll Do
  • Manage end-to-end benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, 401k, open enrollment)
  • Lead compensation programs, benchmarking, and annual review cycles
  • Oversee multi-state leave programs (FMLA, ADA, paid leave)
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, FLSA, HIPAA, and state regulations
  • Own vendor relationships (brokers, carriers, retirement providers)
  • Drive clear, engaging employee communications and education
  • Partner with HR and Finance on strategy, reporting, and program optimization
What You Bring
  • 4–7+ years of experience in total rewards, benefits, or compensation
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state compliance and leave laws
  • Hands-on experience with 401(k) administration and open enrollment
  • Experience with HRIS systems (UKG or similar)
