Program Manager – Data Migration

Overview

We are seeking an experienced High level Program Manager to lead a high-visibility enterprise data migration program. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive execution, establish governance, and accelerate delivery across multiple interdependent initiatives. The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator—but a results-driven operator who can bring structure,accountability, and momentum to complex programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive delivery of a large-scale data migration program, ensuring progress, alignment, and measurable outcomes
  • Develop and manage end-to-end program and project plans, including cross-team dependencies and timelines
  • Establish and maintain program governance, including steering committees, status reporting, and executive updates
  • Partner with stakeholders (VP-level and above) to align priorities, manage expectations, and remove blockers
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across technology, data, and business teams
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to track progress, monitor metrics, and provide transparent reporting
  • Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
  • Improve program velocity and execution by introducing best practices across Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Ensure clear communication and accountability across all workstreams

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
