Program Manager (Contract)

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6-Month Contract (W2, Paid Weekly)

Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced IAM Program Manager to lead an enterprise-wide rollout of a centralized Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform (Ping Identity).
  • This role will oversee multiple Agile workstreams, drive strategic roadmap execution, and partner closely with cyber security leadership and business stakeholders.
  • This is a highly visible, customer-impacting initiative focused on strengthening security, protecting sensitive data, and reducing organizational risk.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a large-scale IAM program spanning multiple sprint teams and workstreams
  • Partner with product owners and cybersecurity leadership to define and execute the IAM roadmap
  • Oversee enterprise-wide rollout and adoption of the centralized IAM platform
  • Provide consolidated status reporting and program governance across all workstreams
  • Present updates and strategic insights to executive leadership and steering committees
  • Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders across the organization
Required Qualifications
  • Strong program/project management experience, leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
  • Deep experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), ideally with platforms such as Ping Identity, Okta, or SailPoint
  • Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide adoption
  • Experience working within financial services (bank, credit union, or similar regulated environment)
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and risk mitigation practices

  • Enterprise PMO supporting multiple Agile teams and initiatives
  • Collaborative, fast-growing program evolving from project to strategic product

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
