About the Job
We are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven, and detail-oriented Program Coach to join the LifeWise team. This role is a full-time position focused on supporting LifeWise teams and programs as they prepare to launch. An ideal candidate is one with leadership experience and excellent interpersonal skills. This is a remote position for candidates living in Alabama, providing the opportunity to cultivate and oversee teams serving LifeWise programs in Alabama and beyond.
Responsibilities
  • Guide local teams through the process of building a Steering Committee, seeking school approval for LifeWise, and recruiting and hiring program staff members
  • Build high performance teams
    • Recruit and retain the right people
    • Train, coach and provide feedback
    • Develop team members and position them for growth
  • Optimize program growth and expansion
  • Evaluate and assess program growth and health, recording findings in the LifeWise customer relationship management platform
  • Collaborate with the team manager, translating ideas into functional plans and implementing scalable systems for streamlined LifeWise program support
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a ministry or other high interpersonal skills based position
  • Residency in Alabama with the ability to travel regionally with occasional overnight stay
  • Experience working with ministry personnel, school administration and community leaders (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience and responsibility in education and/or sales and marketing (preferred)
