Job description

Doximity is transforming the healthcare industry. Join our mission to help every physician be more productive and provide better care for their patients. As medicine's largest network in the United States, there's an elevated level of responsibility in everything we do. We don't take that responsibility lightly and are committed to building diverse teams with an inclusive culture that can make a direct impact on the healthcare system.
One of Doximity's core values is stretching ourselves. Even if you don't check off all the boxes below we encourage you to apply. Doximity is full of exceptional people who bring their own unique experiences to work everyday and make us all better for it!
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with deep Salesforce expertise to serve as the connective tissue across our commercial and product ecosystem. This individual will operate at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Marketing, ensuring that systems, processes, and teams remain tightly aligned.
This is not a traditional PM role. You will be a player-coach-someone who can both drive execution and step into the details, including Salesforce solutioning and light development work when needed.
Your mission is to:
  • Eliminate friction across teams
  • Drive clarity, accountability, and delivery
  • Ensure Salesforce and adjacent systems scale with the business

You will own team rhythm, cross-functional coordination, and technical delivery-helping multiple stakeholders move quickly while maintaining structure and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
  • Act as the primary orchestrator across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Marketing
  • Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively remove blockers to execution
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and Salesforce solutions
  • Serve as a trusted partner to GTM teams, ensuring systems support evolving workflows

Salesforce Ownership & Technical Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, including:
    • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations
  • Contribute hands-on to:
    • Solution design and architecture
    • Configuration (flows, validation rules, objects)
    • Light Apex / SOQL / integrations where needed
  • Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, maintainable implementations
  • Drive release management, QA, and deployment processes

Program Management & Team Rhythm
  • Establish and maintain operating cadence across teams:
    • Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release prioritization
  • Own Jira and system workflows:
    • Ensure tickets are clearly defined, prioritized, and progressing
  • Lead recurring forums:
    • Weekly execution calls
    • Cross-functional alignment sessions
  • Act as the "voice of delivery", ensuring deadlines and commitments are met

Visibility, Reporting & Process Optimization
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting across Salesforce and BI tools
  • Provide clear visibility into project status, risks, and outcomes
  • Continuously improve:
    • Business processes
    • Data integrity and governance
    • System scalability and usability

Systems & Process Integration
  • Drive alignment across systems including:
    • Salesforce (core)
    • CLM / CPQ / billing tools
    • Marketing automation platforms
  • Lead key initiatives such as:
    • Process redesign (e.g., deal flow, amendments, renewals)
    • New product launches and system enablement
    • Data model and workflow optimization

Governance, Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, and documentation integrity
  • Maintain clear documentation of:
    • System architecture
    • Business processes
    • Key workflows and dependencies
Required Qualifications
  • 7-12 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Business Systems, or similar roles
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong Corporate IQ
  • High energy
  • Positive attitude
  • Very tech forward and constantly thinking about automation, AI, and efficiency
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud required; Service Cloud preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Salesforce configuration (Flows, objects, automation)
    • Basic development (Apex, SOQL, APIs)
  • Proven experience working with:
    • Sales and Customer Success teams
    • Cross-functional partners (Finance, Product, Marketing)
  • Strong experience with:
    • Jira (or similar tools)
    • Agile / Scrum environments
Preferred Experience
  • Background in one or more of:
    • Healthcare / Pharma
    • Advertising / Media
    • Travel / Airlines
  • Experience with:
    • CPQ, CLM, or billing systems
    • Marketing automation platforms
    • Data / BI tools
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, or Developer)
Core Competencies
