Senior ERP Project Manager

Location: Austin, TX - must be local and onsite 3 days per week

Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire

Compensation: $65 - $75 / HR

Work schedule: Monday-Friday (8 AM-5PM CST) - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday onsite; Wednesday and Fridays remote.

Senior Project/Program Manager – ERP Implementation

We are seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead a large-scale ERP implementation initiative. This role will drive the end-to-end delivery of a new enterprise solution across Finance/Accounting and HR, with a focus on platforms such as Workday or Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execution of a full ERP implementation from RFP through deployment
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and HR
  • Manage vendors, system integrators, and internal teams
  • Oversee consolidation of existing systems (currently 15+ platforms)
  • Drive timelines, budgets, risk management, and executive reporting

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP implementations
  • Strong experience with Workday, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Expertise in financial systems and/or HRIS transformations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
