We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team at the Teens Advocate Program & Mental Counseling. As a full-time, remote counselor, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to adolescents and families in need. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, along with a significant sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

In your role as a Senior LCPC, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, coordinating with medical, educational, and community resources as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and training to stay informed about the latest mental health research and interventions.

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and families who are often underserved in the mental health system. You will work with clients experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Establishing rapport and delivering culturally competent care will be critical as you help clients navigate their mental health journeys.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• A working knowledge of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to connect and build trust with diverse clients.
