Job description

Overview

Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid.

Accelerating the delivery of care and providing superior force health readiness across the Military, Federal, and Civilian landscapes. Taku is committed to providing transformative and comprehensive health operational capabilities to support customers across scientific, clinical, technological, and program management areas.ย 

Summary:

This role serves as a functional expert, guiding strategic planning, program evaluation, and governance activities while facilitating collaboration across stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness and mission readiness.

The work to be performed under this contract will be performed in Arlington, VA, occasionally in Washington, DC, telework, or contractor approved facilities by the COR.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead and coordinate project teams supporting Army prevention systems, strategic planning, and governance initiatives
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to support risk reduction, human performance optimization, and readiness initiatives
  • Facilitate large-scale meetings, working groups, and conferences, including agenda development and execution
  • Develop operational concepts, plans, and recommendations aligned with Army Strategic Management System (SMS)
  • Analyze program performance and recommend improvements to policies, processes, and prevention activities
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of government operations and program analysis methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and AI-enabled tools
  • Ability to lead teams and facilitate high-level discussions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of prevention systems, resilience programs, and risk reduction strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business, finance, public health, or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in program analysis or related field
  • Experience supporting government programs or initiatives
  • Must be a US citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Army or DoD organizations
