Duties and Responsibilities
    • Support the Program Delivery Managers in all facets of the program to ensure program KPIs and deliverables are completed on schedule
    • Create and maintain regular reports and documentation for multiple programs across the portfolio
    • Coordinate with internal/external program stakeholders to ensure high quality deliverables are completed on time
    • Support team as needed in monitoring budgets, analyzing trends, assisting with invoicing, and reporting program financials
    • Review and evaluate grant applications against program eligibility and scoring criteria
    • Perform customer and stakeholder outreach on behalf of the program as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be located in metro Oregon or Washington or willing to relocate within 30 days of acceptance
  • 2+ years working in a related field such as energy efficiency implementation, e-mobility, demand side management, or clean energy
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Preferred skills, education and experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Interest in transportation electrification, clean energy, or environmental equity
