Job description

This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates programs, activities, systems, reports, and processes to formulate guidance and recommend potential solutions leading to the implementation of process improvements that drive retrieval results
  • Training, coaching and oversight of Vendor Specialists
  • Assist Retrieval Partner Engagement Manager in process development and documentation
  • Assist Retrieval Partner Engagement Manager with negotiating partner pricing and documentation of SOW's and NDAs
  • Collaborate with internal team to ensure partner invoicing is current and accurate
  • Conduct regular meetings with partners to review invoice payment progress and timely resolve retrieval roadblocks
  • Engage with partners consistently to ensure expected retrieval results
  • Prepare and maintain daily reporting on invoice payment progress
  • Escalate process gaps to management
  • Maintain a working knowledge of department policies, procedures, standards, and workflow
  • May be assigned other duties

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 2 years of experience in administration roles, in the healthcare OR technology industry
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, ability to create reports)
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Ability to review large data sets to identify outliers
  • Ability to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST from Monday - Friday, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of supervisor experience, including training experience
  • Finance background

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
