Job description

Sway Creative Labs is seeking an experienced, organized, and inventive Integrated Producer who thrives in a collaborative environment and doesn't shy away from taking the lead. This role is ideal for someone with solid agency experience who excels in creative problem-solving and enjoys being the strategic bridge between client vision and creative execution.

You'll join a team of passionate individuals dedicated to elevating projects through quality ideas and meticulous implementation, managing integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, and print from kickoff to deployment.

What You'll Own

Multi-Channel Project Leadership:

  • Lead projects across broadcast, digital, and print media with a "quick learning" aptitude when presented with challenges outside your knowledge base
  • Manage everything from single-page microsites and retainer requests to cross channel, media supported campaigns
  • Coordinate video productions, website builds, print campaigns, and media activations with equal confidence
  • Serve as the primary point person for clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles

Client Partnership & Communication:

  • Act as a responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous primary conduit between clients and internal team members
  • Lead project meetings with staff, clients, and vendors, anticipating next steps, timing, and resources needed
  • Build genuine client relationships that extend beyond individual projects

Strategic Execution & Process:

  • Contribute insights and strategic ideas on achieving client goals while working alongside creative and development teams
  • Define project scopes, schedules, and estimates based on creative briefs and client insights
  • Maintain rigorous schedules that accommodate milestone dates and provide sufficient time for review and revisions
  • Conduct regular check-ins on larger projects to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments

Internal Leadership & Growth:

  • Lend your institutional knowledge to process improvements and discussions with directors
  • Quickly adapt and learn when faced with new challenges while maintaining comprehensive grasp of project aspects
  • Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with estimates and actual expenditures

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an agency or client-side production role
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following three areas: digital, print, and broadcast media
  • Comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle across various media channels
  • Multi-channel campaign management experience with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience writing documentation, creating estimates, and crafting detailed schedules
  • Well-rounded knowledge of design and development processes for both online and offline media

The Mindset We Value:

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: You naturally think through solutions before escalating issues
  • Creative Partnership: You understand what makes great creative work and know how to enable it
  • Collaborative Leadership: You can influence and coordinate without needing formal authority
  • Process Improvement: You identify inefficiencies and propose better ways of working
  • Genuine Care: You take personal ownership of project outcomes and client satisfaction

Bonus Experience:

  • Pre-production and on-set leadership experience
  • Experience with broadcast production workflows and vendor management
  • Understanding of media buying and campaign optimization concepts
  • Background working with travel/tourism, entertainment, or CPG brands

What Success Looks Like

After your first year, you'll be the producer clients specifically request for their important projects. Creative team members will actively want to work on your campaigns because they know you set them up for success. You'll have contributed meaningfully to process improvements that benefit the entire agency, and leadership will trust you to run complex projects independently.

Recent Project Examples You'd Manage

  • Brand Campaign Launch: Coordinating 30-second video production, responsive website build, print collateral, and social media rollout-all launching simultaneously
  • Multi-Market Activation: Managing localized campaign execution across different regions with varying approval processes and technical requirements
  • Integrated Digital Experience: Leading website redesign with custom development, content strategy, and performance optimization while maintaining ongoing marketing campaigns

Why Sway Creative Labs

You'll join an independent agency where your contributions will be seen, noted, and celebrated by hands-on leadership. We're looking for someone who doesn't just want a job-they want to help build something meaningful while growing their own expertise across multiple disciplines.

Our integrated producers are true partners in our clients' success and key contributors to our agency's strategic direction. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with agency principals while developing expertise across the full spectrum of modern marketing.

What We Offer:

  • Comprehensive benefits: Health, dental, 401k matching, and professional development support
  • Flexible work environment: Remote work affordance with occasional in-person meetings and on-set requirements
  • Growth opportunities: Clear advancement path with direct mentorship from agency leadership
  • Diverse projects: Work across industries and campaign types, from local businesses to national brands
  • Creative culture: Be part of a team that values strategic thinking, creative excellence, and genuine collaboration
