We're scaling fast and seeking motivated Licensed Life Insurance Agents (newly licensed, experienced, or part-time) ready to elevate their careers with flexibility and unlimited upside.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with pre-qualified clients on their insurance and legacy planning needs
  • Recommend suitable coverage and guide decisions
  • Manage the sales cycle using our warm lead system and proven processes
  • Build lasting client relationships for renewals and referrals
  • Stay sharp through our training on industry trends and products

Qualifications
  • Active Life and/or Health Insurance License (required) - licensing support/guidance available for strong candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Sales background a plus, but we train motivated individuals
