Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluate clients’ mental health status to identify their unique needs, personal history, and treatment goals.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that are aligned with each client’s personal aspirations and therapeutic objectives.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused methods to inspire transformation and healing.
• Respond to urgent mental health issues through crisis intervention, utilizing your expertise and compassionate approach to provide immediate support.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care, and integrate these learnings into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with pre-screened adult clients who are stable and represent low-acuity cases, allowing you to concentrate on providing high-quality care. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling fields, showcasing your adeptness in direct client interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to establish trust and rapport with clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance.

Preferred Experience
