  • Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling fields, showcasing your adeptness in direct client interactions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to establish trust and rapport with clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance.
  • A compassionate demeanor, characterized by empathy and a non-judgmental stance towards supporting clients navigating their mental health journeys.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, essential for managing caseloads and fulfilling administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience working with diverse populations and specific therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Family Systems Therapy, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with digital tools for counseling may also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, with additional opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
  • A comprehensive healthcare benefits package, encompassing medical, dental, and vision coverage to support your well-being.
  • A robust retirement savings plan, featuring employer matching contributions to help you plan effectively for the future.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) policies and recognized holidays to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for professional development, including workshops and continued education focusing on mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches.
  • An enriching and supportive work culture that encourages collaboration and personal growth among team members.
