Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations that accurately measure clients' mental health status and individual requirements, creating a solid foundation for treatment.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address specific client goals, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing state-of-the-art evidence-based interventions and solution-focused techniques to support each client's journey toward positive change.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services, demonstrating professionalism and empathy when addressing urgent mental health concerns.
• Commit to lifelong learning by participating in continuing education activities and staying informed on industry standards and trends that influence your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients who have been pre-screened and are generally stable, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care without being overwhelmed by acute cases. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working as a licensed mental health counselor in a relevant setting.
