Your core responsibility will be to provide psychotherapy services to patients with various mental health conditions. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand client histories and current challenges.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that employ evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and agency standards.
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, including consultation with psychiatrists and psychologists.
• Participating in ongoing professional education through regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance therapy practices.
• Providing valuable education and resources to clients and their families to facilitate understanding of mental health issues.
• Staying abreast of the latest advances in mental health treatment methodologies, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

You will serve a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. Our detox center environment allows you to work with patients at various stages of recovery, thus enhancing your ability to provide holistic support that empowers individuals to reclaim their lives and improve their overall well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical practice, specifically in providing psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrable competencies in solution-focused psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and a capacity to approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.

• Experience working with diverse populations in a remote or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage clinical documentation efficiently.
