Job Description

The AI Product Engineer designs, implements, and operates enterprise AI experiences and automations across Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and the Power Platform. This role partners with security, compliance, and product stakeholders to deliver safe, scalable solutions that improve employee productivity while protecting data.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years in enterprise engineering, product engineering, or platform operations (Microsoft 365 / Power Platform).
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate; working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat experiences.
  • Strong understanding of LLM concepts (prompt patterns, RAG, limitations) and Responsible AI practices in enterprise environments.
  • Security and governance experience: Entra ID app/identity concepts, permissions/consent, and information protection (Purview, DLP, labels).
  • API and integration skills (REST, OAuth2) and ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-service issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate business needs intofeasiblesolutions and to produce clear documentation/runbooks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Dataverse securitymodel, custom connectors, ALM pipelines, and Power Platform CenterofExcellence practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph data access patterns and M365 information architecture (SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams).
  • Experience supporting Adobe Creative Cloud in an enterprise environment and understanding of content/IP governance.
