Growth Revive Psychotherapy Center is actively looking for a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to gather comprehensive insights.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs and circumstances of each client, actively involving them in the therapeutic process.
• Facilitate regular counseling sessions through virtual platforms, providing ongoing support and adjustment of treatment methods as necessary.
• Identify and address underlying issues by employing evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to guide clients towards their therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care and appropriate referrals when additional services are needed.
• Maintain meticulous records in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage with clients through group therapy sessions, creating inclusive spaces where individuals can share insights and support each other.
• Continuously assess client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed to maximize effectiveness and achieve optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), eating disorders, and substance use challenges. We place a strong emphasis on cultural competence and inclusivity in our therapeutic practices, providing services that are responsive to the unique backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current license from the state of Oregon, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, to provide therapeutic services.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• A profound understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, accompanied by a commitment to lifelong learning.
• Effective crisis intervention skills, with a calm demeanor in challenging situations to facilitate a safe therapeutic environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and online communication tools.
• A commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional boundaries, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• A collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with team members across disciplines.

• Experience employing evidence-based practices specifically tailored to address co-occurring disorders.
• Previous work in remote therapeutic environments, demonstrating adaptability to telehealth platforms.
• Experience in leading group therapy sessions, fostering a communal healing environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
