Job Summary:
The Marlin Alliance is a digital transformation company dedicated to ensuring clients compete in tomorrow’s digital world. They are seeking a highly experienced Senior-Level Power Platform Developer to provide client support, lead design and implementation of Microsoft 365 workflows, and mentor other developers.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Microsoft 365 (M365) Power Automate workflows and enterprise-grade Power Apps.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Power Platform tools, advising clients on best practices and innovative solutions.
• Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics to support decision-making and reporting.
• Manage high-visibility projects involving process improvement, data analysis, and collaboration.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and virtual demos for stakeholders and end-users.
• Provide strategic guidance for leveraging the full M365 ecosystem, including Teams and Dataverse.
• Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers in workflow development and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Dataverse and integrating external data sources into Power Platform solutions.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
Preferred:
• Proficiency in Angular 6+, Tableau, and RPA tools like UiPath.
• Familiarity with FlankSpeed and experience supporting Navy clients.
