About the job Power Platform Developer
The Power Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. This role focuses on creating scalable applications, workflow automation, dashboards, and integrations that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
The Power Platform Developer collaborates with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions in a fully remote environment.
This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Development & Configuration

  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies
  • Build applications, automated workflows, and dashboards to support business operations
  • Develop custom components and integrations across enterprise systems
  • Configure environments, security roles, permissions, and solution deployments
  • Optimize applications for usability, scalability, and performance
Platform Administration & Automation
  • Create and manage workflow automation processes and approval systems
  • Develop data integrations and synchronization processes across platforms
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Support upgrades, testing, and production deployments
Collaboration & Requirements Management
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Collaborate with analysts, project teams, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
  • Provide technical documentation, user guidance, and training support
  • Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Quality Assurance & Governance

Compensation
Annual Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 USD, depending on experience, certifications, and technical expertise
Estimated Hourly Equivalent: $53 - $72 per hour
